"Kyle failed to provide any service/ assistance as my agent when I needed it the most during my storm damage claim. I called for three months trying to speak with him for help with my claim. I was never able to speak with Kyle and was promised a call back every time I called. He returned my calls exactly zero times in 3 months. I had to switch to another State Farm agency to get help navigating the claims process. Very frustrating and disappointing. Nice try with the response. I was a customer when you took over for Hinton and just switched agents at the end of July. So several years. I bet if you thought about it real hard you’d remember that."
